Meet Amanda

Amanda Harriott

Director of Operations & Client Care

If you've made it this farm you've already taken a big step, and I'm really glad you are here.

I’m Amanda, the Director of Operations & Client Care at Soul Purpose. I’m often one of the first people you’ll talk to when you reach out to us, and my job is to make getting started feel simple, clear, and welcoming.

Reaching out for support can feel like a lot. Between finding the right therapist, figuring out insurance, and filling out paperwork, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed before you even get to your first session. I’m here to take as much of that off your plate as I can.

Behind the scenes, I work to make sure everything at Soul Purpose runs smoothly, so our therapists can focus on what they do best: supporting you.

“At the end of the day, the day has to end."

My little reminder that no matter how crazy a day gets, it always comes to a close, and tomorrow is a fresh start.

How I Can Help?

Not sure which therapist is the right fit for you?

Have questions about insurance, rates, or what to expect at your first session?

I’d love to help you get started.

During your connection call, I’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you to therapy and what matters most to you in a therapist. From there, I’ll help match you with someone on our team, get your first session scheduled, and walk you through your next steps.

If you have questions along the way, about insurance, billing, scheduling, or anything else, I’m here for that too.

What I Do

I oversee day-to-day operations and the client experience at Soul Purpose, from your first inquiry to your first session and beyond. That includes connection calls, therapist matching, scheduling, insurance and billing support, and making sure our team has the tools and systems they need to care for you well.

Who I Get to Know Me

I’m happiest at the beach or sitting down to a good meal, and I’ll never say no to trying a new restaurant. I’m also a sucker for a good thriller, whether it’s a movie or a book. On my downtime, you’ll find me catching up on my current favorite series with my comfort foods close by. It’s my favorite way to slow down and reset after a busy day.
