Founder and Clinical Director

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, grieving, exhausted, or simply wondering, "How did life get this hard?" I'm so glad you found your way here.

For more than 15 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, families, and organizations through life's hardest seasons. More than anything, I'm simply someone who believes people deserve a place where they can exhale, be fully themselves, and begin healing without fear of judgment.

Born and raised right here in Tampa, this community shaped who I am, and it's an honor to now serve the very place that raised me. I earned my master's in counseling from the University of South Florida and founded Soul Purpose because I wanted to build more than a therapy practice. I wanted a place where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and cared for.

Whether you're carrying anxiety, working through grief or trauma, or trying to break patterns that no longer serve you, this is a space for that. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy gives my work a foundation, but I don't believe healing is one-size-fits-all. Every person has a unique story, and together we'll find the approach that fits yours.

"I believe people deserve a place where they can exhale, be fully themselves, and begin healing without fear of judgment."

Who I Serve?

Are you the one everyone leans on, but no one ever asks if you're okay?

Do you look like you have it all together on the outside, while inside you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or just plain burnt out?

If you're ready to stop just getting through the day and start finding your way back to you, I'd love to help.

I work with high-achieving women navigating burnout, disconnection, and feeling stuck, even when everything on paper looks fine. Together we break the patterns keeping you stuck and help you reconnect with who you really are.

I offer both therapy and coaching, so we can find the right fit for where you're at. Therapy is a good starting point if you're working through something deeper, like burnout, trauma, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Coaching is a good fit once you're in a steadier place and want support setting goals and moving forward with more intention.

I'm also trained in EMDR, an approach that helps you process and release painful or stuck experiences from your past so they stop showing up in your life today.

Get to Know Me

I’m a proud Tampa native who loves community events, trying new restaurants, and game nights or cookouts with family and friends. I’m married with a 6-year-old daughter, Emma, a stepdaughter, and a 10-year-old fur baby named Monkey. To unwind, I’m usually deep into a 20+ episode K-drama, and I’m working on getting back into reading. My go-to reminder is “Don’t Trip.” When I start overthinking or trying to predict the future, it brings me back to what matters today.
